JAMB Sets Date To Decide UTME Cut Off-Mark

The Joint Admissions and Matriculation Board (JAMB) is set to hold the 2022 policy meeting for the 2022/2023 admission on July 21, 2022.

Fabian Benjamin, JAMB’s spokesperson, disclosed this in a recent text message to Punch.

The policy meeting will be chaired by Adamu Adamu, the Minister of Education, with all heads of tertiary institutions in attendance.

The meeting will chart policy directions for Nigeria’s tertiary institutions, set admission guidelines and make a holistic review of application statistics, performance as well as evaluate admission exercises.

Asked if JAMB would be meeting on July 21 and the topics for discussion, Benjamin responded: “Yes, admissions and benchmarks will be discussed.”
